The Language Interoperability Portfolio

Linport Project

The Language Interoperability Portfolio (Linport)is a free format for packaging translation materials. The rationale is to specify an open, vendor-independent format that can be used by different programs.This rationale is similar to that of the Internet Message Format: one specification that has been implemented by many systems.
