ePSIplus Recommendations and Supporting Evidence to the EC's 2008 Review of the PSI Re-use Directive
DRAFT (5 June 2008) of the ePSIplus Network’s Recommendations and Supporting Evidence to the European Commission’s ‘Consultation on the Review of the Directive on PSI re-use.’
The document includes an introductory section on the basis for the Recommendations followed by the recommendations organised in the following categories. The final section includes citations to specific pieces of evidence for each of the recommendations.

Specific provisions of the Directive

Work is ongoing on these ePSIplus Recommendations and subsequent drafts will be published.
