Quand donc seront relancées les initiatives de l’Union ? Depuis l’adoption en mai 2001 du règlement 2001/1049 après la présidence suédoise, après le mise en ligne des registres ( voir les registres des institutions ) des améliorations sont nécessaires après bientôt huit ans.
